Design Homage to Carlo Mollino - 1944
“Everything is allowed, the imagination always saves the day” is a motto by Carlo Mollino which has become rather famous to render the freedom of art, above and beyond all limits. The sinuous shapes, the wooden structure and the contrast with the polyurethane seat bring to mind the idea of a sensual tribute to that transgressive, libertarian and at the same time sweet world which the Turin-based architect was particularly fond of.
Armchair/Bergère. Base in black painted wood. Steel frame, with elastic strips suspension. Upholstery in polyurethane / heat-bound polyester fibre. Removable covers in the fabrics Talento, Tibet, Teatro and Top.
